Invariant when
conventional systems fail.
Aeterion is a London biotechnology research company developing new ways to access the molecular history of living systems, to make biology more observable, measurable and knowable.
Research for a broader ecosystem
Knowledge
for what comes next.
What drives us
Living systems carry a record of their own history. Most molecular measurement is single-timepoint and destructive: prior states are inferred rather than read, and the information that would explain how a system arrived at its present state is largely discarded at the moment of measurement. Aeterion's research is directed at that record, at how it might be accessed, read and interpreted, and at what a deeper, more dynamic understanding of biology could mean for research and for real-world application.
Not just what biology is, but what it has been.
New ways to see and measure the inner life of cells and systems.
Capturing change over time to reveal richer biological context.
Turning complex molecular data into meaningful insight.
Our approach
Our approach brings together advances in molecular measurement, computational analysis and systems thinking to unlock the informational value of biology over time.
A more complete view of life.
Building the tools to explore biology's temporal dimension and what it can tell us.
Built for lasting impact
Grounded in rigorous science and a commitment to quality.
Built to work alongside academic, clinical and industry partners.
Focused on knowledge that endures, for a more informed future.
Company
Aeterion is founded on a single premise: that breakthrough innovations should remain invariant when conventional systems fail.
Aeterion is an early-stage biotechnology research and development company. Its work is proprietary and foundational: making the history held within living systems accessible, measurable and useful. The company does not yet report programmes, data or partnerships.
